Culture

A culture based on the three dimensions of a project

Communication – Uniqueness – Anticipation

Communication

Communication is crucial on a project. When a team composed of different people with complementary skills will only work well if the communication is managed by a polyglot of the technical language, if you do not manage and master the technical communication, it is likely that your project will get stuck.

Uniqueness

Uniqueness is a strong characteristic of a project. Each project is unique by definition. Your project is unique. Why is this notion of uniqueness so important? Simply because doing something new involves uncertainty, which is a source of risk.

Anticipation

Your project is therefore made up of risks (and opportunities), and the only way to avoid suffering them is to anticipate them. Not projecting yourself into the future, not anticipating, means not controlling your risks, and therefore not controlling your project.
So ask yourself these questions about your project:

Who should communicate well? How can I make the communication channels more fluid?

What is unique about my project? What is different from what we are used to doing?

What should I anticipate? What are the risks and opportunities?
This is our culture.
